Quinn slightly jumped. She slowly turned around to see the hobo behind her. How did he...?
She shook her head. "Do what you want. If you want to go follow them, be my guest," she said, motioning towards where the students were.

Tsubaki sighed and nodded slowly.
"Hey, I'm coming with you as well. I have to make sure that you get back safe, at least. Besides, I have much more experience with missions than you guys do...I just hope we don't get in too much trouble for this..."
She scratched the back of her head lightly out of nervousness. She felt as if there was pressure being put on her with her desire to keep them safe although she hardly knew them. It's just how she is.
Tsubaki looked at Momiji. He was so sure of himself but he lacked emotion to show it. Seemed that Emi was following his lead when it should really be the other way around. Tsubaki was sure she'd have to keep up with this team...She looked between the three, Mel, Emi and Momiji and smiled.
"Before we leave, we should prepare. Read into the mission area a bit more or at least get something to eat. Then we can work on finding a mode of transportation..." |

"Very well. I'll go get some things. Hopefully, everything will turn out okay." He muttered walking off. He was a little concerned for them. He had taken a look at the board while wandering the halls, and this seemed like a mission that was much too difficult for any student to take on.

"Just one thing before you go, lad," she called to Fernando. "Don't die..."
Although, her words did seem quite different to her mood towards the fellow, she could not help but feel somewhat curious about the character before her. When first meeting him, he did seem like a hobo to be found on the streets of some bustling town but, now he seemed much more protective towards his students well-being.
She had to learn more about this man and the group that he was sent from.

Momiji nodded and turned back into his human form and looked at Emiko. She was defiantly confident. She was looking for the same action he was looking for, Luckily So was he, as the were in the cafeteria getting food, they all walked got there separate meals. Mojiji was eating a steak and was tearing threw it like an animal. Moiji loved eating anything that came from a cow, pig, or chicken. He was a carnivore and proud of it. He also loved potatoes, they were his favorite vegetable. "After this we head out get some supplies and go kick some ass." he said with a mouth full of food. "I'm ready to make my first Kill." he swallowed his food then wiped the corner of his mouth with his thumb.

Emiko looked at Momiji and smiled softly. She wasn't hungry but she was relieved that Tsubaki was joining them. Meant they had a better chance to survive. She let out a soft sigh and folded her arms across he chest.
"So exactly what do we need? How are we going to travel...?"
She looked at Tsubaki and then to Momiji, chuckling softly as his comment.
"I'm ready for my first kill as well...I'm excited now, hehe. Do you really think we're ready? We'll be fine...?"
Watching him eat was starting to upset her stomach a little. She turned to Mel. "Hmm, why don't we meet up right outside the academy...or at least somewhere in the city? |

"I'm gonna head back to my place for a bit, so how about we meet at that basketball course? Y'know, the one on the road to the academy." She grinned. She never really played basketball because of her height, but it seemed like a decent place to meet up with people.

Tsubaki looked at Mel and nods, smiling warmly.
"Oh, sure! We'll meet up there then. How about we plan to meet up in about an hour? By that time, we should be all set, hopefully."
She looks at Emiko and Momiji. "Get what you need and meet us at the court. We can't waste too much time because you never know what could have happened to Sid or Mina...Oh, Sid is a Professor here...but he's a zombie."
She said that pretty much to try and creep them out. The idea of having a zombie as a teacher was a bit much for even her to adjust to...
"Anyway, I'll go see what I can do in terms of a ride..."
She walks off towards the exit. She gave up on looking for Black Star for now. All she had to worry about was keeping the new students alive during this mission. |

Mel tossed her keys in the air. "I don't know exactly how well this would work, but my house is on wheels. We could definitely take that if we don't find anything else." She twirled the keyring on her finger. She wasn't even legally allowed to drive, yet somehow she ended up with the family RV and a fake licence so that she could come here without her parents having to drop her off. She had been driving around the family property for years now, and knew her way around a vehicle. If nothing else could be found, the RV would be a possible mode of transportation.

Emiko blinks in confusion at Tsubaki, "A zombie...? Wait, really?! We have a zombie for a teacher?
She scratches the side of her head and sighs softly. This academy was getting more and more interesting by the day. She shrugs. The fact of a zombie teacher didn't bother her as much.
"Oh well...Going to save the living dead, awesome! Well..."
She turns and looks at Momiji, "...I'm going to go home and get some...supplies before we head off...You're welcome to come if you would like..."

Tsubaki waved lightly to Emiko and Momiji, not turning back as she kept walking.
Tsubaki made her way outside to the front of the academy. She looked at the ground that had just finished being repaired from Black Star's last fight with Kid. She frowned, remembering what happened that day and the phase Black Star was in. She continued walking and sat on the step by the front door. She would wait a bit until around the time she had to meet up with the others to go on the rescue mission. She proped her arms up behind her and leaned back a bit, glancing up at the sky.
Well, I guess going on a mission with no meister won't be too bad. Maybe finally I'll be able to prove that I'm strong enough...
She closed her eyes and thought to herself silently. She tried her best to clear her mind and not concern herself with finding Black Star, trying to think of the mission and proving herself to be stronger than she appears. She was always ignored and underestimated and she found this as the perfect mission to test her skill... |

Quinn bit her knuckle, thinking of what might happen to her students. They could end up dead or wounded, and she would blame herself for their injuries. She was their teacher and the person they were suppose to go to if they had questions.
She shook her head to get rid of the thoughts in her mind. They had Tsubaki with them so, there should be no reason to worry. However, the mission is apparently a rescue for Sid...
She bit her lip, still unsure of what to do. Well, I could go find Black Star. I mean, that was the original reason why Tsubaki was here, wasn't it?
Her grin was plastered on her face again. Time to go find a ninja... a very loud and obnoxious ninja...

Unknown to the students that are eating and preparing themselves for the first mission of the school year, a cloaked mail was watching them from afar. The young male was about 6.0 in height, and he had a very booming aura about him. With haste, he raced to the highest peak, which happened to be right on top of one of the skull structures. Grinning down at those below, the young male yelled to the top of his lungs and made his presence known.
"EVERYBODY!! LISTEN UP!!" The young male yelled, while raising one finger high into the air.
"THE WAIT IS OVER!! THIS IS THE STAGE OF MY RETURN!! I, BLACKSTAR, THE GREATEST NINJA HAS COME BACK TO MAKE AN IMPAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH~~!!"
Unfortunately, this "ninja" has displayed a bad demonstration of how one should hold his balance. He started to wobble and wave his arms around in an attempt to keep him from falling. That however did not work well, as his body descended from his position...at least he kept his word. He has indeed make an impact...with the floor.
"GUH!!" The young cloaked teenager remained o the ground for a good ten seconds, before he sprung to his feet with a large bruise on his face.
"Ha! A fall from above cannot harm me! I am Black Star! Invincible to any, and every pain there is!! Hahahahahahahahaha~!!!"

Tsubaki looked heard Black Star yelling from the top of the building as usual. She sighed and stood up slowly to go meet him. When she saw him hit the ground, she frowned.
"Black Star! Are you okay!?"
She ran over to him and stood over him, jumping back when he sprung back up to his feet. She let out a sigh, glad he was okay, more or less.
"You had me really worried, Black Star, where have you been? I was looking everywhere for you..."
She stood behind him and looked worriedly at him before her gaze shifted towards the ground where there was another crack in that ground that was again, just recently repaired. She sighs but ignores it and scratches her cheek lightly.
"I was just about to go off on a mission with a couple new students. Come if you'd like but if not, please try not to cause too much trouble..." |

Emiko heard a loud and quite obnoxious voice coming from outside the academy. She walked out to see Tsubaki and a male who she'd never seen before. Was this the boy she was looking for all this time? She arched an eyebrow curiously and sighed.
He seems like the reckless, loud type, indeed...
She wasn't going to let it bother her. She was more focused on the mission. Of course, she was happy that Tsubaki finally found her meister but it wasn't really her concern. She walked out the door and onto the step, pausing for a moment to glance back at Momiji. She smiled and continued walking straight past Tsubaki and her meister.
"I'll see you in an hour, Tsubaki!"
She said with a smile as she walked past, heading towards her home. |
